I am proud to say that my 5 1/2 month old Ella Bella is wearing 6 months pants, the legnth is perfect but the waist is a little big. Onsies are still 3 months or 3-6 months. She is such a delicate little ladybug. :)

She will be thankful for the bubbles when she is a teenanger!

Saturday, October 10, Ella ate "real" food, rice cereal! She did a great job! No crying or spitting the food out. She had somewhat of a hard time with learning to swallow without a bottle to help keep her lips closed. In about 2 weeks we can start introducing veggies and I am hopeful that by then she will have the swallowing down pat. I can't believe she is almost 6 months. I want to freeze her at this age but I keep saying that as the time clicks by.

Pumpkin Fest '09

This past Saturday Greg and I took the kids to a local fall themed festival. Ella decorated a little pumpkin, pictures later, listened to music, played on some hay, above picture and loved watching people. She has gotten to the age where, if she is awake, she likes to be sitting up or standing and facing the crowd. She is such a little flirt!

I can't believe it, a whole hand!

Ella is 5 months old, a whole hand. Where does the time go. She has been smiling and giggling, trying to sit up on her own and rolling over time and again. She has also dicovered that she likes showers. We are trying to make her love the water and not be afraid so that next year and years to come she want to go to the pool. Like my mom said, I was a water baby and I want that for Ella. Enjoy the pictures :)
